Akyapak profile cutting and processing lines
Drilling, cutting and punching of profiles, angles and plates — Akyapak lines that deliver the part ready for blasting and painting.
What these lines solve
In a steel fabrication shop, marking out and drilling profiles by hand keeps your best people busy with the least productive work. A CNC line takes drilling, marking, tapping and chamfering straight from the production file, with no marking out, and delivers the part with edges ready to weld.
Cutting is the first stage of a flow that continues with blasting and painting. We can size the whole line, not just the cutting end.
Beam drill lines
For I, H and U profiles and rectangular tube. The models differ in the number of spindles, the tool magazine and what they do beyond drilling.
- 3 ADM — three spindles, hole diameter 8–50 mm, automatic tool changer 3×6, maximum speed 3,000 rpm, 500 mm sub-axis. Drilling, marking, milling, tapping, countersinking.
- 3 ADM VENERA — the same concept, with chamfering and rathole machining on the line. The weld edge comes off finished, with no manual rework.
- 3 ADM ECO — the entry model: tool changer 3×4, holes up to 32 mm, 3,000 rpm. Drilling, marking, tapping, countersinking.
- METEOR — single spindle, holes of 5–40 mm, tool changer 6×1, 250 mm sub-axis. Compact; the choice where volume does not justify a three-spindle line.

Thermal cutting: plasma and oxy-fuel
- ADOP — carbide drilling 10–40 mm combined with plasma cutting up to 80 mm and oxy-fuel up to 100 mm, in a single cycle.
- APL-G — gantry version: drilling 10–40 mm, tool changer 8×1, plasma 80 mm, oxy-fuel 100 mm.
- APL — cutting only, no drilling: plasma 80 mm, oxy-fuel 100 mm. Built for limited floor space.
- APL-T — for tube and profile: plasma 80 mm, oxy-fuel 150 mm, diameters of 50–400 mm. Switches between tube and plate without changing the torch.
- HARE — robotic cutting. Takes over cutting work without a separate band saw.

Angles, flats and plates
- AKD — punching and shearing line for angles and flat bar, with two punching units and working length up to 12,000 mm. It also handles plate and U profiles.
- APP — plate punching: punching diameter 40 mm, 3 heads, table 1,000×500 mm, 80-tonne hydraulic press, marking up to 8 characters.
- AFD — plate drilling: holes of 40 mm, thickness 6–80 mm, 22 kW motor, 1,000 mm working width, 750 kg maximum part weight. Also mills, marks, taps and countersinks.

Band sawing
AST — miter band saw, mitering +60° / −45°, 18 kW, maximum sawing capacity 1,200×500 mm. Installs in tandem with the beam drill line or works standalone.

How to choose
| What you need to do | What fits |
|---|---|
| Profile drilling, high volume, weld-ready edges | 3 ADM VENERA |
| Profile drilling, high volume, multiple operations | 3 ADM |
| Profile drilling, medium volume, tighter budget | 3 ADM ECO |
| Profile drilling, little floor space | METEOR |
| Drilling and plate cutting in one cycle | ADOP or APL-G |
| Plate cutting only | APL |
| Tube and hollow sections | APL-T |
| Cutting without a separate saw | HARE |
| Angles and flat bar in flow | AKD |
| Plate punching or drilling | APP, AFD |
| Miter cutting | AST |
What comes after cutting
A cut part has dross on the edges and a surface that will not hold paint. The next steps are deburring and levelling, then blasting to the grade your specification requires, and painting. We can size these together, so the flow has no bottleneck in the middle.
Ask for a configuration for your shop
Tell us what profiles you process (type, maximum size, length), how many tonnes a month and what space you have. From those three we propose a configuration and tell you what it needs in foundation, power and access — the detail is in our note on what a building needs for an installation.
