Vibratory finishing
Vibratory finishing is the process of mechano-chemical processing of surfaces by which a grinding body is moving relative to a workpiece under the action of a vibratory movement.
The unique effect of vibro-finishing processing brings:
- complete removal of burrs
- all edges are processed the same
- rounding the edges
- uniform appearance of surfaces
- allows the processing of spatial surfaces without the appearance of "intersection" curves of different surfaces
- allows mass processing - low costs
