From automatic painting of sheet and profiles to booths for large parts, VIBROBLAST offers complete industrial painting systems, tailored to the flow rate and type of paint.
Automatic painting
Automatic painting is designed for sheet and profiles from 1500 to 4000 mm wide and can be integrated with tunnel-type blasting installations. The system includes a preheater, a painting unit with two spray carriages (top and bottom) and a drying unit. Part positions are detected by infrared sensors and the whole system is controlled by PLC.
Manual painting
Manual painting uses a wet paint filtration system with floor or side-wall extraction. Types include classic liquid painting, high-pressure electrostatic and low-pressure electrostatic painting.
Painting booths
Painting booths can be used for spraying and/or drying, with pneumatically operated side or top doors (for overhead crane access) and various filtration and extraction systems depending on the project.
Painting small parts
For mass-produced small parts — O-rings, handles, springs or screws — Rotamat equipment is the economical solution for coating with elastomers, metal or other materials.
Conclusion
Whether you need an automatic line, a booth for large parts or a system for small parts, VIBROBLAST offers the right painting solution.
Not sure which equipment fits your parts? A Vibroblast specialist visits your factory, analyses your parts and current process, and recommends the right solution — even if that means a cheaper machine than you expected.
