For small or medium parts, a blast cabinet is enough. Blast rooms

Industrial blast rooms generally fall into two categories:

  • For small and medium parts — require no foundation, with short delivery times.
  • For large or heavy parts — sized for parts from a few meters up to tens of meters in length and hundreds of tons in weight.

The elements that make the difference in a well-built blast room:

  • Modular abrasive recovery floor — with recovery corridors driven by a motor-reducer, with alternating linear movement: quiet operation, low energy consumption and a long service life.
  • Dynamic and laminar airflow ventilation system — ensures visibility during work and protects the environment through dust collection.

Painting booths

Just like blast rooms, industrial painting booths come in two main configurations:

  • Vertical ventilation — suited to parts of varying shapes and sizes.
  • Horizontal ventilation — a more economical option, with better working conditions for the operator.

A well-designed painting booth offers:

  • Controlled ventilation and heating — stable painting temperature, increased drying temperature, effective dust collection and reduced concentration of toxic solvent vapors.
  • Interior wall protection — smooth metal surfaces, with anticorrosive treatment and peelable lacquer that can be periodically stripped away along with accumulated paint stains.
  • PLC control — a control panel with operator-friendly software, safety functions and process diagnostics.
  • Fire safety — dedicated systems, plus ventilation efficient enough to reduce the need for respiratory equipment for operators.

Depending on the application, a painting booth can be configured with motorized 3-axis platforms for height access, a full-floor work pit, autoload systems, independent drying zones, overhead part transport, and heat recovery through a rotary regenerator.
